In reality, none of them would carry weapons. (Except Jigoro because canon and insane, Lilly because possibly being an actual yakuza princess (then again, Shizune doesn't carry anything), and Kenji because insane.)
However, I did provide one example of using a weapon for sport, rather than attacking an enemy. I'm not sure what would cause Hanako to pursue that, to be honest, but I think if she did decide to practice with a martial art or weapon, archery would be it. (And, in Japan, firearms are basically right out in that context, not that I see Hanako having any interest in them.)
I still maintain that Kenji's just one bad day and a vision correction away from being a clock tower sniper.
And why would Misha even need a weapon? She already has an area-of-effect sonic attack.
Rin strikes me as the type to just make weapons out of whatever she can get her hands on. Er, if she had hands, that is...
Hisao: He's stupid enough to make his opponents facepalm at hypersonic speed, so no weapons.
Hanako: FLAMETHROWERS Maybe a stealthy little gun, not sure.
Lilly: Scottish Claymore (no, not the landmine, the sword!). 'nuff said.
Shizune: Sniper rifle. She's cold and calculating, and her deafness may have accentuated her vision (much like Lilly's blindness accentuates her hearing).
Emi: Stick some blades on her feet and she's good to go.
Rin: She'll confuse her enemies so much that they'll go insane and just drop dead.
Misha: SUPERSONIC VOICE ONSLAUGHT.
Kenji: Pure, unbridled insanity.
Jigoro: manly beard of manliness Katana, obviously.

In order of completion: Lilly > Hanako > Rin > Emi > Shizune
The etymology of this name comes from the Latin: "I will serve," in contrast to Lucifer's Non serviam. Slava Ukraini!

Why does she need glasses if she's deaf? (Then again, I wear glasses due to my right eye, but my left eye is above average... and then has glasses on top of it.)

Defense against Kenji.
Shizune would delegate all weaponized battle to Misha. Misha would use a big hammer.
Emi...Some kinda martial art.
Lilly...Cane fu. Or a hidden sword.
Rin...Nunchuks installed directly into her nubs.
I love the interpretation of Pac-Man where he's a just a lowly worker retrieving golf balls left all over the course by the rich masters and the ghosts are all previous workers who got conked on the head and killed by incoming golf balls in the line of duty.

I will note that this is relevant (I did mention it earlier):
Kenji: An enslaved Hisao-cyborg with shoulder cannons
Hanako: Flamethrowers (I struggle to see her actually going for that as her choice of weapon, though...)
Lilly: A sword of some variety
Emi: Healing powers?
Rin: Chainsaw arms
Shizune: A pistol
Misha: I... have no idea. (Somewhere I think rtil mentioned it was drill power or something.)
