Hanako: C6H10O5 (I had to really, really struggle to not just use C)
Lilly: C8H10N4O2
Misha: C12H22O11
Rin: C3H4O2 (this one's a bit of a stretch, but hey)
Shizune: ClF3 (OK, that's more than a little harsh)

And, because I have to get this obvious one out of the way:

Akira: C2H6O (duh)
What the fuck is this.

Anyway, I decided to take "girl's symbol" literally and just made a variation of the female gender symbol for everybody. I skipped Lilly in favor of Misha because it was easier. (Misha's was supposed to have a rainbow inside the symbol, surrounding the triangle, but I couldn't be bothered to measure out everything to get the spacing of the stripes right.)

I love the interpretation of Pac-Man where he's a just a lowly worker retrieving golf balls left all over the course by the rich masters and the ghosts are all previous workers who got conked on the head and killed by incoming golf balls in the line of duty.
