And I'm pretty sure Nurse would know where to get roofies... He is a doctor, after all

Alright, everyone talking about what is "cannon," I refer you to the Transformers wiki disambiguation page for the word "cannon", specifically the part after the words "Cannons should not be confused with:".
As for what ending's canon: Did you get a given ending? That means it's canon, for that playthrough at least.
Yuuko > Akira > Miki > Meiko > Sae.

This picture officially confirmed for "most cannon":

Ehhhh, all this talk about Cannons and which is best... Being an English Civil War reenactor, I'm only really that familiar with Falconets.

Nice little piece of Anti-Infantry artillery, essentially an upsized musket. Loadable with buckshot, for extra effectiveness.
I give it a 8/10.

I also occasionally write oneshots. Why not have a skimread?

"Give them double canister! That's it, Cushing! Double canister!"

Anyway, enough with the cannon and getting back to the canon, generally speaking I'm in agreement with my fellow posters. One ending is as "canon" to the whole of KS as the other. They're practically mutually exclusive (compatible?) and represent one of multiple paths that can be taken on Hisao's journey.

That's kinda the beauty of VNs - you're not necessarily heading to the same "book end" point that you'd started with and any decisions you - as the character - made, ultimately have bearing on how things play out.

As for whether I consider one of the ten or more possible outcomes as an overall "canon", I guess that depends on which characters you are attached to most. As KS' narrative won't be continued beyond the fandom, it's all up to the individual as to who Hisao spends the rest of his schooling - and his life - with.

I believe in the theory of the multiverse. Therefore they are all canon.

I'd say this is the only response that accurately reflects the nature of the visual novel.

Each ending is canon to its particular story. Bam.
I love the interpretation of Pac-Man where he's a just a lowly worker retrieving golf balls left all over the course by the rich masters and the ghosts are all previous workers who got conked on the head and killed by incoming golf balls in the line of duty.

Maybe because they wanted a Dicke Bertha but couldn't find one.
