Well, to be fair on themocaw, he kinda dropped the story before Saki's metamorphosis from bitch to not-bitch occurred.
Her "canon" bio hardly calls her anything of the sort, but it's certainly one way to go with it.

I choose to believe Saki is a hyper-competent femme fatale masquerading as a sweet cute girl.
