Painful History

Post by ROFLWAFFLE! »

This is a depressing song from the Katawa Shoujo soundtrack.
If someone can, play it on piano and post it?

EvilDragon's probably the guy you want to talk to to get a transcription. I wouldn't mind playing it, myself.

Will try to transcribe it when exams are over... give me one month, tops.

If you're busy with exams I can do a quicky on the melody, but don't expect a fake book, though. I'm terrible with chords and theory.

Gonna start one of these days. I busied myself with my own soundtrack work, so sorry.

How do you want the transcription, is Sibelius file gonna do the trick, or images? I may try to get them in PDF maybe, gotta check if Sibelius can do it.

The main problem with this song is the occasional triplet gathering which makes it awkward to the normal, single beat melody.
I've got the left of the left hand down on a piece of science book somewhere. Remind me in a PM to scan it and I'll upload it somewhere for you.

I am however still busy with getting the rhythm of Romance in Andante right and I'm also attempting Moment of Decision which is REALLY hard, so chances are EvilDragon will beat me to all of Painful History for you.
I enjoy everything the devs hate. This includes and is not limited to: Pokemon, K-ON! and Lego.

Bb. I hate that key. Although, it's better than Gmin. I think that it could be in Gmin.

My 2 cents.

I'm over with my exams as of today. Prepare to get Painful History in the course of next two weeks hopefully.

I really think it's Bb minor. Will confirm after a thorough listen.

I guess this is relevant: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm7282527
<Aura> would you squeeze a warm PVC bottle between your thighs and call it "manaka-chan"
<Suriko> I would do it if it wouldn't be so hard to explain to my parents
