Sacrilegious as it feels to say sometimes, Hanako, by a fairly large margin.
Her storyline is compelling, and one of the better done arcs, but the girl herself isn't my cup of tea.
Of course, considering Shizune is my absolute favorite, that's probably not much of a surprise.

I'm not sure I could pick a least favourite, as when I play each individual route I find myself becoming attached to all of them. If I HAD to pick one, as in if I didn't my testes would be smeared in sap and attacked by Rapier Wasps, then I'd pick Misha, but I think that could be simply as I don't know enough about her.
