No, you guys don't get it... this hypothetical girl is just so badass that she manages to run and communicate and do everything just fine, you'd just need to learn how she manages in order to communicate effectively. I've just finished playing her route, and the fifteenth H-scene is pretty intense.
Here's a snippet:

Katawako looks stunning by the light of this open-wood fire. The flickering light from the flames make all of her scars stand out, giving her a texture kinda like a slightly over-done lamb chop.
