Though you are welcome to leave out embarrassing premature ejaculation and erection dysfunction. Oh, wait, maybe not in Hisao's case.
Honestly, I do not mind embarassing stuff when concerning sex for the first time. I am old enough to admit that sex for the first time is a rather awkward and embarassing thing for both parties. It is also discomforting for the female part and not only the first minutes but moreso the second and third time tend to be a little bit painful for the woman (at least that is the impression I get).
If we are aiming for realism then we should consider Hisao's stamina - his sexual prowess seems somewhat limited so 2 to 5 minutes should be the maximum for him - even if he takes it slowly considering his disability.
Reachimg climax together is also something that is extremely unlikely at least without some weeks of practice.

Nicely phrased!
However I do disagree with the message of the post a tiny bit. I do not need to feel the need to release my reproductive fluids to consider an eroge some sort of masterpiece. Sometimes the serenity and the atmosphere of a story coupled with my own immersion into its depths make me not even thinking about taking a break from reading in order to masturbate.
If a story makes you forget yourself and your innermost carnal desires even despite its portrayal of such things and manages to give you some sort of inspiration or satisfaction on a deeper level seeing the characters progressing and enduring their hardships in life and acting upon their joy in their existence - now that is what I would call a masterpiece.
Ahh, Morticia? I would die for her. I would kill for her. Either way, what bliss.
