This was removed from Newgrounds. It's still on other sites though, and it is very good.

Yeah, Konami sent Newgrounds a cease and desist letter regarding copyright soundtracks. So I had to remove it and replace with other soundtracks. It should be back up again now.

A shame too, this was a love letter to konami as much as it was for KS.

It probably has something to do with the fact that everything in the game was credited to Kenji Setou. ~___~

I especially have to thank you for this game. x3 I started playing it out of simple curiosity, and didn't at all expect a Castlevania knock-off. ^o^ I've actually never played Castlevania, so it was nice to experience it as such... I've recently come into the mindset that hard (if fair) games are much better than most of the alternative, and I think 'Kenjivania' did a great job of capturing that essence of what I've heard Castlevania has.

Also, it was through this game that I discovered Katawa Shoujo in the first place. 'Nuff said, I think... <3

Ok now that that's out of the way, you sir (or ma'am) deserve an award. This was awesome, I love Castlevania and this is perfect.
My only complaint, where is a volume control? This game + headphones = ouch.

Just beat the first level on "Kenji Must Die".

This is amazing!

Took me a month, playing every day for 15 minutes, to beat all levels on the "Kenji Must Die" difficulty.

All except the Akira underground level. She's a tougher opponent than Iwanako. D:
Those Hanako/Lilly enemy teams were among the hardest enemies I've had to deal with. Especially when they were accompanied by random Misha floating heads.

My honest and sincere thank you for this awesome project. ^^

Katawa Shoujo Lite is a side project that expands on the secondary characters of the same universe. Explore their worldview and how they cope with their condition, how they motivate themselves, and perhaps even find love.

I won't say too much about the content, but I strongly implore you to give Katawa Lite a try! Sit back and enjoy several heartwarming side stories, the gameplay isn't that long, you can probably finish it in one sitting.

I hope you enjoyed playing this as much as I enjoyed making it.
