Your first ending?
Re: Your first ending?
Eh, people are allowed to like or dislike whomever they want. I don't care as long as someones not saying mean, or hurtful things about the girls or their supporters.

Re: Your first ending?
Getting Hanako's good ending was kind of a no-brainer to me. I mean hell, Lilly's known her a lot longer than you have. Why wouldn't you take her advice?
But yeah, its another reason that Hisao is a dick in her bad ending. What, you think you know more than Lilly about whats best for Hanako?

Re: Your first ending?
Can't take her advice if you didn't take Hanako to town though, which I've always found kind of lame. Asking her out of the blue never struck me as an "obvious" choice.pandaphil wrote:Getting Hanako's good ending was kind of a no-brainer to me. Also, as Hisao surmised by the end of the route, Lilly wasn't exactly right either.

I suppose thats true, but I didn't see the harm in inviting her. She could always say no.Mahorfeus wrote:Can't take her advice if you didn't take Hanako to town though, which I've always found kind of lame. And in hindsight, you're right about Lilly. But at the time, she was probably the only person in the school who knew anythign about her and was willing to talk.

Re: Your first ending?
You also got to consider that Hanako's Good End is only obtainable if you decided to visit the town instead of doing nothing. Even if you did choose listen to Lilly you get the bad ending. Which sucks to me. At a choice like that I wish there was "What do you wanna do now Hanako?" option. Though, I did get her Good Ending first, so it doesn't matter too much to me.
Re: Your first ending?
I think my first ending was Emis bad ending. I was like what did i do wrong but eventually understood it.
Reloaded the save and went to good ending and cried like never before.

Because her advice makes no sense.pandaphil wrote:Getting Hanako's good ending was kind of a no-brainer to me. I mean hell, Lilly's known her a lot longer than you have. Why wouldn't you take her advice?

Maybe not. But following it gets you a kiss and a girlfriend.

Re: Your first ending?
In the universe of magical VN fairyland, maybe, but the actual player isn't in that land. They have every reason not to take her advice unless they've already played before.pandaphil wrote:Xanatos wrote:Because her advice makes no sense.pandaphil wrote:Getting Hanako's good ending was kind of a no-brainer to me. Re: Your first ending?
Why wouldn't you take her advice? Shes always played straight with your character, and obviously likes both of you. Why exactly would you blow her off when you're the one who called HER for advice?
Just seems like common sense to me.

When a girl gives you advice, they're either right, or they're an evil feminist manipulating you into doing something stupid.Xanatos wrote:Because her advice makes no sense.pandaphil wrote:Getting Hanako's good ending was kind of a no-brainer to me. Common sense is "You've left Hanako alone and depressed like this every year and nothing has improved at all for it. Your advice to just...Do it again...Kinda blows."pandaphil wrote:Why wouldn't you take her advice? Shes always played straight with your character, and obviously likes both of you. It backfired because he's overbearing about it but at least Hisao tries to do something. Lilly's just "Oh, she does that every year, whatever. It's not like it could possibly be unhealthy or anything!"

It's not Lilly's fault, she can't see what the problem is.Xanatos wrote:
