For me it was Emi's good ending. It ensured I'd be hooked for life.

Velitation: Hisao catches a lot of crap, but really, he has to ask all the dumb questions for the readers benefit. To make sure we really understand whats going on.
I always thought Emi's was the perfect choice to be your default arc. It's full of emotions and feels, without being quite as overwhelming as Hanako and Lilly's routes.
I have never agreed with something more in my entire life... Well except that one time some one told me strawberry ice cream was the best (chocolate is for feminists).

What else would you drink with your manly strawberry ice cream then whisky maybe even a side of pretzels if you're really hungery. It's the most manly combination ever and also delicious.

Meh. Why ice cream is better than whiskey:

If you sit down and consume a quart of ice cream you're probably not going to die.

We have differing levels of the same opinion. It's an original flavour fanfiction that we both thoroughly enjoyed and made me like "the blind, the beast and the boar" (someone who didn't like it in our sociology group called them that JUST to piss off simmr) a lit more, I thought the therapist reminded me of my old vocal therapist too much. Too impersonal, which is one of my peeves in therapists. the bike scene and its aftermath affected simmr quite a lot as the speech given made him go out for a couple of hours and visit an old friend, idk what he said but they are keeping closer contact now. He also recanted his words about hanako h scene, so theirs also that.

me, I enjoyed it but I had the same problem I had with their stories. Predictability. I knew every step before they took them. I thought the journey was incredible and the ending was stellar, but I was never surprised. I was expecting a massive twist, like lilly going to Scotland and coming back because she feels more familial bonds thanks to their relationship.

That said, I think the author nailed the characters, and the scene with mistaking kenji for gay brought me to tears off laughter.
I'd give it an 9/10. I'd ask simmr but he's... unavailable.

First Death, then Rin (instant love), then the ending where yiou fight with and get dumperd by Rin.

At this point I got a guide to try out all other endings.

What I don't get is how the ending where she gets an art sholarship is considered the neutral/middle one. ...because you at least get a farewell hug, perhaps?
I think it's much worse. In the getting dumped ending, you break up because of incompatibilities, okay, and in hinsight you notice that you were unjust because you pressured her to spill the beans even though she's already trying her hardest and incapable to do it any better. It leaves you feeling depressed and empty, but it's still essentially a normal breakup.
But in the sholarship ending, you feel like you have basically singlehandedly shattered her faith in humanity. It's a really deep, stinging kind of sadness.
At some point in the game, you probably stopped thinking of her as the "no arms girl" and begun to see her mainly as the "incomprehensive artist girl", because that's what eats most of your time. It has become a minor annoyance, at most.
And then she hits you with "I can't really hug people, I'm that kind of bad person." ...coupled with the earlier elaborate description of her initial attempt at hugging you. Makes you want to scream at the sceen that she actually can...:(
She seemed so hilariously unaware of her own weirdness before, too, both physical and mental.
So it's so obvious that YOU did this...

Got the game at the japan expo in paris on the 5th of july, been playing since :

1 st ending : Emi's good ending, I'm a bit astonished with this (not realy beeing into sports and all), but i seem to fall in to it naturaly (even on my next games I had to avoid it intentionaly a couple of time): dont want to give up sports for my (hisao's) health, cant realy turn a girls invitation down... So there must be some sence in it :D

2nd ending : hanako's good ending, She was the one I knew I was going to go after from the beguinig. Cant help feeling that it was a bit to quick, not shure i understood it all either...

3rd ending : Lily's good ending, WAAAOOOW!!!! Blew my mind out! Wasn't expecting it at all! She wasn't my first pick, seeming too "simple" (the calm, nice and prety blind girl...) but 4LS realy got me with her, and her scenes are sooooo hot  I went through the hole panel of emotions, at one moment I nearly threw my computer out of the window  and hanako's is so much better here than in her own ending!!! By far my favorite for the moment!!!!

4th ending : shizunes... in it at the moment...

But I don't understand how you guys died or got Rin!!! Tried a couple of times but I don't see how to do it at all!!! I allways finish in someone's else parth!!! I am going to have to look at the 100% step by step from the forum (wich is why i inscribed to the forum tooday, happy to have found by the same occasion this thread to share my feelings!!!)
