Never too late to learn from mistakes. Best of luck for the future.

Katawa Shoujo's creators are monsters
I played this game and I loved it. But goddamn motherfucking Rin's path. I NEVER ASKED TO FEEL THIS WAY!
Re: Katawa Shoujo's creators are monsters
By the title I thought you were one of those self righteous "Internet moms" with no knowledge of KS, came to rant about how disgusting the concept of disabled adult sim and such.
I know how you feel, we all do. There's the feels bazaar thread to talk about the feels.
Welcome to the forums phunky, someone is sure to give you some complimentary chocolate soon.

This would've been more interesting if OP were a grumpy soccer mom...Anyway, here's your complementary chocolate.

<Ascension>: "I laughed, cried, vomited in my mouth a little, and even had time for marshmallows afterwards. Well played, Xanatos. Well played."
<KeiichiO>: "That's a beautiful response to chocolate."

Take a gander at the Fan-fiction section. Browse through Hanako's Broken Heart Club.
These forums are filled with feels-inducing monsters as well.

Welcome to our world sir. Trust me, you'll survive, and with any luck be a better person for it.phunkyzilla wrote:I played this game and I loved it. But goddamn motherfucking Rin's path. I NEVER ASKED TO FEEL THIS WAY!
Personally I thing the dev's are wizards bent on controlling all of our minds. How else would you explain a game that changes tens of thousands of people practically overnight, yet not one of the dev's has gotten rich from it. So if its not financial gain they're after, it must be power.
@ win746: Its kind of a pity actually. I've always considered being picketed by conservative religious groups something to be proud of. And think of the free publicity!

Bad publicity is hardly ever good, but in a sense if there's a picket I find defending something to be quite fun. Especially if we win.
I'm pretty sure the terms and agreement said something about forfeiting your soul and leaving you a blank shell of feels behind, just so you could get better.

Ha ha ha... welcome to the club, phunkyzilla. You have passed the test. Rin wrecked me, too.
You are not alone, and you are not strange. You are you, and everyone has damage. Be the better person.

Hey guys!
/Thankfully, I've got a habit of reading FAQ's and as much threads as I can before posting, so this won't turn into crying wall of saddness and joy/
I'd wish to say my thanks to all of you, your supportive posts throughout the forum really helped right after Lilly's good ending. Still, manly tears have been shed
Having overcame the most sentimental part, I can definitely say that this true piece of art is making me a better person, and I like it!
And again, thanks! It's an awesome community =)

Is it just me? Or....
Hi all~ Im new here in the forums and I ended up here because I played KS and got deeply attached to it so yeah..
One thing I'd like to share is my experience with the game..
Honestly, the game affected me that much that I literally "fell in love" on one of the characters in the game which was Emi.. @_@
I was thinking if it was just me or the game was that good (the character dev't and such) that i ended up being confused that i fell in love with a non-existent character.. =) well i hope to have a nice time in the forums~ thats all~~ (n-n)

Yeah, it's a common reaction to playing this game. Turns out the feels resulting from it can also help you change your life, as I have discovered. Welcome to the forums.
