Hmm that gives me an idea. Why not just get the whole cast of the expendables in here for this?
Stallone as Hisao
Chuck Norris as Rin
Jason Statham with a wig as Shizune
Bruce Willis with a with as Misha
You forgot about Dolph Lundgren - Emi
Absolutely. And Terry Crews as Hanako, or Lilly.
And Jet Li as Kenji? .... Nah, I don't feel it. Can't decide who Jet Li will play.

Jet Li and Jackie Chan would come together in a once in a lifetime performance as Kenji. The two of them would alternate scenes with each other. Or I guess they could be the nurse.

Nah I don't think either of them would turn to the dark side. After all they're the last sane man on Earth.

Jigoro strikes me as more of a Vin Diesel type. Although, I'd love to see Bruce Campbell take the role. He's certainly got the atitude for it.
I see Jigoro more as a Dwayne Johnson fellow.

Nah Dwayne is too cool to be Jigoro. He would play Emi's dad. Or Akira.

So he'd play nobody?

Memory scenes not mentioned in the game, maybe?
I also want to forget about the side characters, because choosing roles for Jigoro and Othello and Nomiya scares me and oh god the images.

For some reason i think only Christopher Walken can play Rin.

Joe Pesci can be Jigoro, he is a good actor for those loud, boisterous and angry characters.

Nah he'd be in it for a 30 second scene of the car accident then it would show him in an open casket at his funeral. Of course he would be wearing sunglasses at the funeral because his family knew he would've wanted that way.

And Vince Vaughn could play Othello.

Oh lord, Joe Pesci, how could I forget! If only he wasn't so short compared to Jigoro...he would be perfect.

And now I can't stop thinking of Rin trying to imitate the Walken accent.

Walken as Rin, to Emi (during her wheelchair phase): One does not simply Walken to Mordor. *proceeds to moonwalk with a deadpan troll face*

What do you mean I'm funny, Hisao? Do I look like a fucking clown to you? Tell me, what the fuck do you mean I'm funny?

The movie should follow the Kenji route, and Hisao should be played by Sean Bean. That is all.
