For something silly after that serious scene:

Still Hanako and Miki, still after dark, still at the track.

"Miki, is it true?"
"Is what true?
"That you and Emi..."
"Are dating? Nah, we're just... heterosexual life partners.... Hanako, why are you laughing?"
"..Sorry. I didn't think that you will know the meaning of 'heterosexual'."
"I just saw it on a website that described me and her pretty well. Except that we do go to bed together."
*Gasp*"So, those noises in the middle of the night..."
"Yeah, that was us. It's all good fun, though."

Sorry to interrupt, but I just got this mental image of Emi and Rin dressed up as Jay and Silent Bob. :D

Carry on.

Emi - the hyper one - Jay

Rin - the one who only says something when its terribly profound (or at least sounds like it should be) - Bob.

Isn't that the idea?

"Hanako, how are things between you and Lily?"
"Eh??"
"Chill, girl. You have one true friend there."
"I... I don't know. Sometimes, I think she just pities me."
"Whoa there. If Ojou-sama sees you as a friend, you are a friend. Full-stop. She's the closest thing I've seen to a living angel. Don't think of her like that."

This back and forth makes me very sad that Touchdown Breakdown (the Miki-perspective post-bad-ending Hanako fanfic) never got continued. :(

Initially, Panda suggested an Emi-Hanako idea. Since that one was slightly harder to set up, I throw in Miki-Hanako, since Miki-Emi is the main thread.

Has anyone suggested Emi-Yuuko yet?
When in doubt, turn to the Shanghai.

I think I understand how the work on KS began... What should we call our future game that will be finished in about 10 years?

Not this thread, AFAIK.
Unless it got continued off-forum.
