Had to think about it for a bit. Akira looks hella snazzy in those pinstripes, Lilly can really pull off the "woman in red" look, and of course Hanako's casual outfit is lovely.
But Lilly and Hanako have more outfits than Akira, so as to better judge their tastes. The pajamas are a tie; Lilly looks great in those dark blue shorts, and Hanako's over-sized pink nightgown is adorable.
And both girls have casual outfits that manage to be both classic and trendy. Lilly's bare shoulder adds just the right touch of sexy, and Hanako really knows how to make denim work for her.
Then I remembered the hat. So, Hanako. By an awesome hat.
