I clicked the wrong option D:
I wasn't paying attention to my clicks and i accidentally clicked an option i didn't want. is there any way to go back and press a different option?

I haven't used them myself, but can't you replay using the Skip options to get back to a previous point in the game?
Personally I avoid this problem by saving at every decision point.

In Rin's path all the choices up to the one in the atelier at the end of Act III are pure flavour and do not influence the ending at all.
