Shizune. If you really pay attention to what she's saying, she's got the biggest heart in the game. The fact that she's actually terrible at showing it is endearing. I don't think it would be possible to be bored around her.
Kenji. He's the most consistent character, and might be the most complex. Crazy as he seems, there's intellect there behind it -misguided as it may be- that could be channeled into something amazing; assuming they can strike upon the best combination of medications.
