What am I possibly missing? I have 100%..

I've completed every route, gotten all the endings for each girl, but there's one CG I'm missing, and the savefile says I do have 100%, but I have no idea what it is that's missing.. here is a screenshot of the thing I'm missing, blanked out the other CGs for CGs on Shizune :http://oi46.tinypic.com/65wlyo.jpg

How did you get this one ?

You have to go through to each ending (good, bad and neutral depending on the character) to unlock the final picture.

I have forgotten Lily's neutral ending. I was mistaken because I had unlocked all Lily's chapters but I didn't reach the neutral ending.

That one can be easily missed since if you don't get it the first time then you won't know about it since it doesn't add anything to the list and it looks like you've gotten everything.
