I'm afraid that entry has to be disqualified on the grounds of genetics. It's natural for there to be some level of resemblance between mother and daughter so it's an unfair comparison.Pickman's Model wrote:Though the resemblance might be uncanny, it is, in fact, not her in that there picture, sir. Not sure if she has been posted but Emi looks pretty similar to Tomari from Kashimashi, she was the first person i thought of when i saw Emi. They are a bit different personality wise, but they are both on the track team.

It's mostly just the skinny twintails that got me. But being flat and short and having green eyes helps too. Shee-it, if Emi wears a badass longcoat at any point in the game, she'd be my favorite, hand down.

with that thickness of the hair (even if i imagine it long) and the eyes, its more of a no for me...Merlyn_LeRoy wrote:Mikoto Urabe of Mysterious Girlfriend X often* resembles Hanako with a haircut, and magical drool instead of burns:
*"Often" because sometimes her hair covers both her eyes, or neither. Great manga too.

Ok, here's a girl, which kinda reminded me of Emi. She has no legs, so she's pretty similar!

Katawa Shoujo in other media
Any situations/characters in other drama/movie/anime/manga/comics/novel etc that remind you of KS, or closely resemble it?
Here are some I found just today while browsing through webtoons
Hanako in Dr Frost?
Rin in Let's Fight Ghost!
And last but not the least, Hisao himself taking on the 60ft lesbian lobster in the Son of Dragon Choi ChangSik

Katawa Shoujo is a game that, by all accounts, shouldn't exist, but it does and we're happier because of it!

Reading "Wahaha~" in Arnie's voice made those 2 minutes spent in MS-Paint worth it.Woody Alien wrote:"You're a funny guy, Mr. Hakamichi. I like you. That's why I'm going to kill you last! Wahaha~"

No idea if this has been mentioned before but,
there's this H-manga called "Abunai Etsuko Sensei" aka "eccentric teacher Etsuko".
The first half of it is just stupid student teacher stories .... you know the drill.
Now the whole second half is a a multi-chapter story arc called "Ruin". The protagonist of this arc is a girl that looks, at least in my opinion, identical to Rin. Later on she drags her friend/sister/whatevs into the whole "action", and this one looks a bit like hanako.
