What do you think? The similarities are almost uncanny. Same hair as Emi and same outfit (but different colours).

I meant as in "she looks like Emi", not "someone copied Emi's looks" or similarly.

Apparently her name is Tomari from an anime called Kashimashi, which, according to Wikipedia, stopped production around 2008. Perhaps the developers were inspired by this anime?

So I had just watched the movie Drive, the one drama film with Ryan Gosling in it. I decided to check out some info at imdb.com. There I discovered the co-star to said movie, Carey Mulligan. And I can honestly say she kinda looks like Rin? (Aside from the eye color, and that she has arms)
