Here we go,
Games: Kingdom hearts (top of my list)
Anime: Full metal Alchemist
Movies: Hachi

Might be a bit bland choices, but then again, Katawa Shoujo was an experience unlike I've ever had before.
I don't normaly go on forums, but when I do, it's pretty damn sure that needed more of whatever it is the forums is about.
There just had to be -more- to "The Katawa Shoujo Experience". ( 100% completion D: )

Oh lordy... I can't believe I forgot this: To The Moon, a game that is a MUST HAVE for those who love a story with feels. Not free, but really cheap. There's also a demo to try before buying.
There exists a technology that allows doctors to weave artificial memories, such that a patient can request attempts to alter their mind, and wake up with memories of things that didn’t actually happen.

However, since these new memories are permanent, the conflict between them and the existing authentic memories clash in such a way that it ceases the person’s ability to properly function.

Thus, the operation is only done to people on their deathbeds, to fulfill what they wish they had done with their lives… but didn’t.
EDIT: One more. Got this one just now. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. Didn't expect this game to give me feels, but (spoiler pic just after "Turnabout Sisters")http://i.imgur.com/JlQSD.png did it.

Games that gave me the feels were Majora's Mask and Mother 3. I become both sad and happy thinking about the memories involving those games.
Novels? *sigh* The Kite Runner, A Thousand Splendid Suns, and recently, Of Mice and Men.... I almost bawled when Lennie asked George about the rabbits before George shot him. I don't usually get emotional during movies because usually I watch them with my family and I bottle up my feelings to avoid any wary comments from my father. Enough about that, I am an emotional wreck just reminiscing about this. (T_T)

None come to mind. I don't think I've ever legitimately cried to anything that wasn't Katawa Shoujo. One thing does come close, which is Simple and Clean by Utada Hikaru.

Youtube, search: Yanagi Nagi.

I practically need to dose myself in different type of emotions to write certain scenes, so yeah.
Supercell and Yanagi Nagi has been a pretty good resource to me :)

...also, RainyMood.com
Makes a sad song sadder (try listening to 涙の理由/Namida no Riyuu (School Days) with RainyMood on another tab.)

and makes everything better

When the war, has been won
And our march home begins
What awaits has not yet been revealed
What was won? what was lost?
Will our deeds be remembered?
Are they written on stone or in sand?

To add to the list, I'll have to add...

Elfen Lied

Planetarian

And the second half of Mirai Nikki
One of the few scenes where I approve of a yaoi moment.

And Mirai Nikki's OST is amazing.
