Question On Sheet Music

Post by Forever »

Like the title, are there going to be any releases of sheet music for the soundtrack? I like Parity, and I wanna learn how to play it. :D

So unlikely that it defies evaluation. I'm not even sure if our musicians actually physically WRITE anything of the sort, nevermind the logistics involved if they did.

Nicol did sheets on Romance I think? But yeah pretty unlikely.
<Aura> would you squeeze a warm PVC bottle between your thighs and call it "manaka-chan"
<Suriko> I would do it if it wouldn't be so hard to explain to my parents

Er, not to rain on SC and Aura's parade, sheet music isn't exactly hard.

Weather we do it or not is another matter. I'm guessing the "not" part.

I sat down the other day and managed to play a couple of tracks by ear half decently, Parity was one of them, I don't know if the devs would appreciate someone else producing sheet music though.
Or indeed whether or not I could be bothered to actually do it.

EDIT: More to the point, you should be able to do it yourself, most of the pieces are quite simple.

I'll work on trying to figure some out, but I'm freaking terrible at playing by ear, so it will take me a while.

I prefer writing traditionally first. It's to be seen if I want to reduce it down, fix/clean the score and release it, and my tracks don't reduce down easily.
