Re: Would you watch Katawa Shoujo anime?
Once again, School Days was like an anime to begin with. TNK did nothing to "ruin it" or whatever people are complaining about. In fact, they just made the animation better and did the least messed up storyline they could find . :3 What? That's totally untrue. The anime was a fusion involving every ...

Re: Recommend a VN
Is it another "Not Safe for Sanity" work by Nitroplus? These were the people who made Saya no Uta *shudders* :| ...No? Not to the extent of loli tentacle nightmare fuel but it's got it's own share of nightmare fuel. It's pretty tense, there's always questions and mysteries, and a couple jump scares ...

Re: Recommend a VN
With a mere 2 hours to spend, you can enjoy the ride that is Phenomeno . If you've got an apetite for horror it's simple and very well presented, features the art of Yoshitoshi ABe and brought to you by Nitroplus. I didn't care that it was kinetic, it was still entertaining. They do a really good ...

Just saying, but if you have a panel I'm definitely hitting it up.

Re: Katawa Seiyu
I didn't expect it to get beyond 10,000 views for the first trailer, honestly. Primarily this was a learning experience I think, in content, standards and fan interaction.
But it did! So grats to Josh, Arcy, and Hope.

Re: Recommend a VN
The outfits in Na-Ga's are overall brighter I guess. Other than that and the eyes, very minute details that become character specific. Oh yeah, Na-Ga's have less blush overall.

Re: [spoilers] Hanako X Emi, eroge X anti-eroge?
Emi's conflict of fear of emotional intimacy is a very real and rather common problem in real-life relationships. Is it possible that you felt a bitter aftertaste because you know or knew someone who had difficulty letting others in and tried to compensate for it/distract from it by being overly ...

Re: Recommend a VN
Narcissu can, and Scarred too. ^^ Ohh? You sure? Pretty bold statement to make haha. :) Quite the opposite of bold... it's quite a solid statement, according to the first page of this thread. Narcissu - has a similar theme to Planetarian, told in a more grounded (and minimalistic) way, and probably ...

Re: Your first experience with Katawa Shoujo?
I'll be serious. Some of us here have our own idiosyncratic senses of humor but that's another story :P I've probably had tons of opportunities to post something like this in other obvious threads but I never have and here's one now, so what the hell. How did I find KS? It's because I was ...

Re: Food For Thought, Long.
Good for you guy. hopefully things work out for the best. side note: why do so many people say they cried while playing Katawa Shoujo? sure the story is touching, but it isn't particularly tragic even in the bad endings and I've seen much more heartwarming moments in games or animation. It can't be ...

Re: The Hakamichi route is the worst? (Spoilers)
Yeah, guess I went overboard a little. XD But hey, at least I used paragraphs... not that they're very visible. :P TLDR : Shizune's route isn't bad I think, it has a lot going on, but you need to pay careful attention to notice. This also makes it more open to interpretation, which I consider a ...
