Re: The Mutou Appreciation Thread
I think Mutou's not a great science teacher, but a very good homeroom teacher. More or less the gist of my feelings about him too. He's a good person, no doubt, but yeah I remember a similar teacher of my own, only this one was for math. He was a very cool person, but damn he never explained the eq...

Re: Valentines Day wishes
Yeah...that one's still one of my favorites...I remember Rin having a line somewhere about wanting to learn cooking so it's not a stretch to imagine it too.

How about...
Shizune - "Your silence...says it all!"
I really am too much in a troll mood I think and the way this started off didn't help it either.
I dunno if we'll get any serious ones.

That's no fun!Maybe you could try actually telling anybody what ticked you off instead of some vague reference to how 'that last scene explains why I hate her'. Just...You know...A thought.

Re: Who's your favorite and least favorite character?
Yeah...she is. And Hanako is the type more likely to close herself off in her room rather than inconvenience people with her presence. Hopefully by now...you can at least kinda get what ticked me off. :) But I do agree...it's not something that would induce massive rage in me by any measure. But, al...

Re: Who's your favorite and least favorite character?
Yeah I think so. It's pretty subtle tbh and I can understand why most wouldn't get it what ticks me off about her in that scene, but it is that one.YZQ wrote:Remind us what that scene is. Is it the "screw maths" one?

Re: Valentines Day wishes
It's not just the single loners or the guys/gals in a relationship saying "every day should be Valentine's Day." It's also the the ones in a relationship who can't come up with anything for their loved ones for a variety of reasons (usually work doesn't allow it or makes it a bother, but c...

Re: Who's your favorite and least favorite character?
Basically, the exhibition showed Rin that she cannot be a commercial artist. Makes you wonder what happened on the other routes, as I remember in at least one other route where she is seen worrying about the exhibition. Without Hisao to prod her along from a position of...well...maybe not friendshi...

Re: Interview With TheHiveMind: Emi Path Writer
As a non-english speaker (though I should say I'm sometimes moreso comfortable with english than with my native language), I'd say it depends on how loudly and clearly it's stated for me. If it isn't, then yeah the accent can get difficult to understand. Like the voice audio on the original Mad Max ...

Re: Interview With TheHiveMind: Emi Path Writer
Yap, relistened to them again - was nice to have them in the background this afternoon to remind me a bit of what was said in them since my last listening this past summer. :) I remembered Crud's frustration over having to write Hanako's stuttering sometimes hahah "Dammit woman! Speak normal!&q...

Re: What scene made you "cry" the most
I wouldn't say it made me cry the most (the scenes that did are probably already listed here), but I remember crying a fair bit more than what was likely the norm in the Reverse Escapism scene upon this exchange: Hisao: "Do you ever feel like you're trying to reach out for something that's impo...

Re: Interview With TheHiveMind: Emi Path Writer
Great work indeed. As was mentioned already, an interview with the artists would be awesome. I mean no disrespect intended towards the writers, but on any given project that incorporates any form of writing you tend to always hear from them and, unfortunately all too often, only them. So interviews ...

Re: Telling friends and/or family?
Well, I am referring to Katawa Shoujo as a novel not just for framing. I also think this is not a game but everyone around me were calling this as a game so I thought it's in the 'game' category. My bad. Also, look at the page title above, it also says "don't panic, it's just a game'. Yes, it ...

Re: Hanako? More like Hanaho. *spoilers*
Is it easy to give something up, believing that it's (possibly) your only hope to ever be seen as more than a child?
Trust me. It never is. Because being a child is always tempting as all hell.
