I cried a bit during Hanako's good ending, and outside from that there were many scenes that left me quite affected emotionally but i can't say it caused me to shed tears (yet, i haven't finished it). About KS causing manly tears, i guess it depends on how emotional the person is more than anything,...

I think i was checking out KS things online (After finishing Hanako's route if memory doesn't fail me) When a link to a fanfic (Taxi ride to nowhere) led me here. When i finished reading i noticed the place was a forum and began checking it out. A few months later, i joined.

Above all, Hanako's good ending.

Besides that, the bar scene and Hanako's birthday are close seconds.
