Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Weekly Update

1 lb. down this week. I admit that I didn't do as good as I could have, but due to the extreme weather it's been rough getting my walks in. However I have no excuse for my eating this week, which was sub-par. I will do better this week.

Is it just me, or are less people tracking on Fitocracy? I haven't seen many activity posts in the past couple weeks... =/

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Weekly Update: Down 2 lbs., bringing my total to 45 lbs. I thought this week was not gonna go well - I wasn't tracking calories very well, I missed one of my two swim days due to schedule conflicts, and I didn't walk yesterday due to waking up too late. Guess it turned out okay in the end anyway. =...

What about Arby's? http://www.arbys.com/food/build-a-meal-calculator.html Nutrition facts calculator. By this information, a plain Arby's roast beef has about 350 calories, 12g fat and 950mg (!!) sodium. Just to put that in perspective: "The 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend limi...

You should be like a psychiatrist dood! (or some kinda diet doctor.) I mean, you've got answers for everything and make'em feel good with your answers. wahaha I'm just lucky. =] Heh... nah, I could never take my advice to a professional level. For some reason, profiting off of helping others with t...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

I think I know how I'm going to deal with this right now... but I think that I should spend time alone. I'll still be here to browse but.... for a while I'm just gonna be quiet. If that's what it takes, then so be it. Just remember we're always here for you, man. And if you need any other help, fee...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

Like a herb.. I'm sorry to hear about the difficult life you faced as a child. Divorce can be devastating to a child, and it quite obviously was in your case. The biggest thing I took away from it - it seems like you blame yourself for a lot. Not necessarily for your parents' separation, which is m...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

Sometimes though I feel like Crona, not knowing how to deal with anything. Nobody always has all the answers. Life can be confusing sometimes, and it can be frustrating when you don't know the best path to take. Sometimes, though, you have to take chances. You have to do things out of the norm, thi...

I've wasted enough of my life on Arkinator. He's a devious, time-consuming hellion.

'My Girl' What the hell. I'm only two chapters in and already SO MANY FEELS. AND I just watched "5 Centimeters a Second" (thanks, Other Media that Gave You 'The Feels' thread). What a depressing day. I think I'll be all right. I don't just think you'll be alright, I know you will. You've ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

The only real problem is that I can't stomach vegetables. What about fruits? Biggest thing is to simply take in SOME fruits and vegetables a day. If you're doing the V8 thing that's great - and actually, you shouldn't be trying to make a meal out of that anyway. It's an addition to the meal. For ex...
