The thing I took away from KS is largely summed up by the quote in my sig. Everyone's got damage, everyone's broken in some way. Some have more obvious damage than others (and some absolutely have more damage than others), but what are you going to do about it? Give up and shut everyone out, or live?

I'm hoping so. My wife keeps bugging me to work on it, which is a good thing, considering how much I've been dragging my feet on it. As much fun as it is to have something with which to celebrate Hanako's birthday, I think it would be better if I didn't only do a page a year.

Yep, yep, yep. Hold fast, the intensity of those feelings will gradually calm to the point where you can focus on other things. Most of us have been there.

Good question... I haven't played through any of the routes in quite a few months. Obviously, being able to experience KS again the way it felt the first time would be awesome, but also a bit crippling, since it left me effectively unable to focus on any other creative projects for weeks. I think the older version still looks cute, but I agree that she's a bit busty and that the bow looks better than the scrunchie. Even more than those things, though, she doesn't seem to exude the same sense of self-confidence that Our Lilly does.
