The last post from them anywhere I could see (our internal translation forum) was in March.

We don't keep tabs with the translation teams apart from the Japanese team, so sadly I can't really be of help.

So just as a follow up question, does the end of official support mean that the translation ...

Has there been any word from the Chinese translation team?

Their blog is now a dead link, they haven't posted any updates in a while, and when I tried PMing the head of the translation team I got no response.

I would really like to help contribute to the Chinese translation, so that I could play ...

Also, I guess I'll be one of the few voices of dissent here and note that the formatting didn't really bother me. It was easy enough to understand what was going on and that's all that really counts in the end.
