Though I do still believe that Hanako wouldn't cheat on Hisao (or her romantic interest in-general), this is a surprisingly good fan fiction.
I thought it would have a dark ending, but it actually ended on a good note.

I wouldn't classify it as "porn"... sure it has (an) explicit sex scene(s), but that doesn't necessarily make it that.

Best dressed can be taken a couple ways, whether the looks or the money put for them.
But, personally, I think Hanako's outfit(s) is/are the best.

Surprisingly, most of the sex scenes actually add to the story (emotions, etc.)

There are many quotes in this game that deserve to be noted.

This is a game (or whatever you want to call it) that was made for the purpose of being enjoyed. There is no reason to try to rush through as many paths as you can, as there is no grand "reward" at the end.

Don't skip anything! there is no point in skipping in Katawa Shoujo, considering it is a visual novel: it was made to be read.

Definitely Hanako, and maybe Lilly, but only if I couldn't date Hanako.

I'm surprised how many people have bad vision as their physical disability...
I feel kind of bad, as mine is above average (20/15)

3) Hanako has a pretty positive ending. They both laid out their faults and feelings to each other which is quite important. Beyond that they have good chemistry with similar tastes and personalities. While it might be true that Hanako is probably the character who will go through the most changes ...

So...encountered Cpl_Curd's (non-canon) epilogue for Hanako's route "A Runner's Afternoon" a while back ago. Let's just say...things won't be as crack up as it will be if you think Hanako and Hisao would last after KS. If anything, the "Final Finale" should be taken as a more probable epilogue.

I must agree with the majority of what people are saying here; this visual novel is outstanding for what it is, and is nothing similar to what I originally thought it would be.
