Re: Favourite Music

Ah, that is too many to choose from. My favorites are: Aria de l'Etoile, Innocence, Lullaby of Open Eyes, and Romance in Andante. Not is order because it changes all the time.

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

I know exactly what you mean. My cousin gets killed and I don't shed a tear. But Katawa Shoujo made me tear up at some parts. All I can think is, do you know your grandmother very well? Mine was always mean to me so, yeah... I hope knowing that you aren't alone with your feelings and wonder is some ...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

Something strange has been going on lately. Yesterday, my grandma went to the ER. I don't know why, but she has some operation tomorrow. What I found strange is, when I was being told, I had no emotion. Everything I felt was the same way I normally feel. Like I don't really care (at least that's ...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

Think about it. When you're insecure about yourself, doesn't it make you feel better to know there's others worse off and can use your protection? It's a pretty terrible way to do things, but popular never meant correct. Disney and Hollywood are bad about weak women and strong men protecting them ...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

You said you wanted to protect. That is being a white knight. Catering to another preventing personal growth of that person. Acting like you are the strong one always while the other one is always the weak one. It's a rather popular chauvinistic motif through history. Many people turn to it to find ...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

Daggett , From your posts, you sound like you interact with others to get a sense of self worth. Your being over bearing/white knight in a relationship, envious, jealous, and depressed when people drift away, are all associated with your low self esteem. It makes you come off as clingy and needy ...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

Dagget, it can very well be that due to the place where you live or other factors you, haven't had the chance to meet someone who can appreciate you. But then again, friendship is a two way street. Just like you are free to appreciate or not appreciate others, others are equally free to do ...

Re: Replaying KS

I have replayed Hanako, Lily and because I was in a bad mood that day, the Kenji route. It's not as hard hitting, but it's like watching a really good movie the second time. In my own mind...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

Dagget, I know it's sad when you feel old friends don't care for you anymore. I don't know it it's truly the case, but the thought itself of being abandoned is painful. It's hard, but life is like this. There is no eternity, even in friendship. We are mortal, so even the best friend will some day ...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

Why did you select Mike for this experiment? What were you expecting Mike to do? This is not an assault on you, but it is important information. Sorry, I quoted someone else with this, but now you can be notified too. "Mike" has initiated a street-race on the interstate with, let's call him, "Matt ...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

I know these feelings of loneliness, helplessness and those that go along with these. I don't have friends and waste nearly all of my time reading or doing things at the computer that aren't really fun but rather numbing my thinking. I am quite certain that I am depressive and might have some other ...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

Loneliness... Hm, since I was a kid I never had many friends, usually one or two at most. At the time of writing, all my friends are on the internet. It leaves me feeling so alone, especially at night, I just wish there was someone I connected with, that understood me, and that I understood. It's ...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

Well Daggett, we are two very, very, very similar people. It's a little creepy how similar. I'm sorry that I can't offer any advice, seeing as I have quite a few problems in common with you, but I'll just let you know that there are others out there that are feeling the same way. Thanks and I am ...
