Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
@Kyllman or anyone in this thread: If you have health insurance, many of the companies offer free over the phone counseling and some entitle you to 1-3 free sessions as long as the therapist is within your network (if already stated before in a previous page, I am sorry lol). I just found this out ...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
I just played a game called Actual Sunlight at http://www.actualsunlight.com/ . It was featured on Kotaku and being the curious one I am, I decided to play it through. I read that it paints a very deep view on depression on a 30 something in Toronto. I thought I could handle it, but it left me ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Joined the fitocracy group for this site and though its full of nothing but basketball and skating, I swear I'll throw some running too! Question though: My brother that runs 5ks and such says its better to run without music to listen to your breathing, much better than your mp3 player. Don't know ...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
- I see a lot of bullied people. And many people reacted with anger. I also felt my blood boiling at times. I've thought about this and about people giving in to negative emotions like hatred but also sarcasm. Maybe instead of being sad or angry back at them for hurting our feelings, we should pity ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Well I failed in 2012. 3 Weeks in, couldn't keep it together and my mile rate time is probably 1 hour by now. Time to re-start it again, I am on new medication to keep myself on track... I dunno I find running boring for some reason. So I took up basketball or w/e but its not more casual thing. I ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I am week 3 into the 5k thing... and man I can't do the jogging rates posted by Emi. I tried but it is way too difficult for the moment. I did beat my previous 1 mile time, but it sucks that maybe I have not progressed enough? I am probably going to re-do this week 3 rate again and see. I hydrate ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I've been making excuses to not run so I've missed out on about 2 days of running, I'll be hitting the pavement again tonight though. How did the run go? You didn't make another excuse, did you? If you did I'm afraid I'll be forced to post a pouting Emi picture, and I'd rather not have to go ...

What is everyone's preference to running shoe brands? I am a fanboy to Nike so I pretty much stick with Team Swoosh.

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
My job is very travel heavy. At times my lunch hours are random; it depends when I can get a break to eat and usually it is something fast. I know that skipping lunch means you may over-eat in your other meals, so I don't think my diet is helping me. I try and run, though I admit there are times ...
