Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Just stopped by to give a second "thank you" to you guys and then set off :) (I've been lurking around for a while, not knowing what to say but feeling like I left without tying up loose ends, I don't know. I'm a bad conversationist, and I felt like anything I would say now would be small talk. Well ...

Re: What am I GOING TO do?
This is normal and I've seen people say that it's a good time to start doing new things. For me it felt like sadness and emptiness, but I guess that's inspiration, right? Yeah, it was. I started running, but some people started painting, drawing, writing... Anything that fills in the empty space ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Music really helps that much? I'm getting an Ipod from an aunt that went overseas, I really want to see how running with music feels like (Sometimes I began humming tunes without noticing, but I didn't really listen to anything because I don't have anything that plays music except for my PC) Also ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
any other game the'll came up till then, while you're retired. LOLOLOLOLOL, my great grandmother's brother is doing that. I think it's more common than SotiCoto thinks. Also I'm back from not posting in a while. I got in trouble with some people (Both online and IRL, nothing serious), and also I'm ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Congrats Mirror and Ook!
Meh, I just don't feel like updating my sig, I might as well do it when I'm finished...
I don't really know why I should use 2 weeks for the 30 minute run. D:

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I think I'll skip the additional 25 minute runs and 28 minute run, improving every day is fine for me. Today I'll finish the 28 one and tomorrow I'll move on to 30, then I'll do it for 3 days I guess and then I'll be trying to increase speed. I hope I can do it (Short legs, THEM SHORT LEGS). I'm ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I have a hole in the back of both my heels and now have to run with feet covered in bandages, which sucks. How many of you guys who are nearly finished Couch to 5K are planning to take up the Bridge to 10K? It's getting lonely... I think I'm going to stick to the short runs until I get bored and ...

Re: What kind of KS fan are you ??
The kind that loves the game (Heck, it changed my life), played through most of the paths (Except Rin's, I think it will depress me.), but doesn't see the point in replaying or going for 100%.

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
If you're concerned though, see if you can find a professional and ask them if they know, or where you could find out more details about it. Most people I asked to said no, I can't. They didn't even recommend the moderate exercise... Maybe it's because of the height problem I mentioned before. THIS ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I had to take a two-day rest because of lack of opportunity. Saturday was raining like there was no tomorrow here, and yesterday I spent the whole day at a birthday-paintball-pizza-eating thing. I really want to get back to running now! Also... What is the minimum age for upper-body muscle ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I made it! I freaking made it! =D
Nothing new to report, though. I thought I would come home carrying all sorts of stories (e.g. "My knee was sore") but it kind of went smoothly.

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Can someone tell me how they managed on the third day of week 5? I can tell: I didn't. Dropped out after 12min today, and walk the rest slowly, huffing and puffing. Still, I can see a slight progress. Will redo week 5 starting monday. Let me maybe two more weeks, and I'll manage. Oh god. It's going ...
