Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Week two is in the bag, though i'm getting shin splints. I'm tall and heavy and my feet pronate inward so I get them frustratingly easily. I bought new shoes and inserts yesterday so I hope that will help. Push-up day one went as well as could be expected: 10/12/7/7/7 Exercise is more like testing y...

Re: An odd revelation

I was a bit shocked at how explicit the scene visuals were, but it was very well drawn and not a bad thing. I never thought anything about Hisao forcing her or anything like that until I read it on this forum. It annoyed me when I did come across it; that assertion strips Hanako of her agency and im...

Well, I've started it. It's your fault for making it sound all fun and/or possible. :)

Re: Lessons Learned from KS

I learned that a story can make me cry, and that it's not a bad thing. I hadn't cried for anything less than death since I was a small boy. I learned that the visual novel medium was a thing that existed. I'm really grateful pure chance lead me to it to download KS, and that I didn't have any precon...

Re: Would you choose the harem route if it was avaliable?

I wouldn't. The girls seem to get by fine without Hisao when he's on another route. I'm not the sort of person who would enjoy the "harem" thing even as a silly story. I probably would try Mirrormn's proposed route where he's friends with all or most of them. Perhaps that would be a route ...

Re: Favourite Music

I'm surprised there's not more love for Comfort . It's a really beautiful song on its own and it plays during almost all of the most heartwarming moments in the game. Maybe people are just forgetting about it? You're right, I did just forget about it. Comfort is a really nice song, and is attached ...

Re: Favourite Music

I -love- Jitter. Just such a brilliant little piece accompanied by my favourite FMV of the game. Just when the piano breaks for Hanako's smile and segways into the other tune... argh, so beautiful. I really like Jitter too. It's beautiful and tense, just like the girl it's introducing. Innocence, B...

Re: What gender are most KS fans?

Interesting. I would've guessed the ratio would be about 70-30 between guys and girls, sexuality aside. I remember reading a lot of posts by female fans before the game came out; I wonder if the fanbase has become more male since then. Or maybe guys are just more likely to respond to polls about ge...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

I made it! I freaking made it! =D Nothing new to report, though. I thought I would come home carrying all sorts of stories (e.g. "My knee was sore") but it kind of went smoothly. Wooo!!! That's awesome, good on you. :) Thanks for pointing out the KS Fitocracy group, MoogleDee - that looks...

Re: Inked sketches *UPDATED*

Cool. I like the new ones, especially Emi. I wouldn't worry too much about your haughty critic; what she said about ink doesn't seem to make much sense, at least to me.
