I'd vote for Lilly, but my knowledge of actual Blind women betrays her. Her design cannot convey the rather... uneasy feeling Blind eyes give me. Body-wise she's up there, but the eyes would mess with me too much.
So I voted for Shizune and Yuuko, just for having the right curves in the right place.

Off Topic: In researching what the condition is called, as it's been a good 2 years since my last eye test, I checked the Wikipedia page on Eyeglasses to try get some kind of clue. The "See Also" section links to, among other things, X-ray vision! On topic: Myopia, short-sightedness. Not bad enough ...
