Re: Team Shizune vs Team Lilly

Team Lilly. There is no alternative. No discussion. No argument. No mercy. Since, you know, she's the best girl in the game. I guess some people decide to give a blind eye to her glaring flaws. ... ... no pun intended. Hard to believe when you used italics. You know, it's a good thing different peo...

Re: POLL: The Various Age Groups of KS ~Revised~

No surprises really that the peak is 15-25. That is basically the main demographic of the game due to its subject. I'm 20 myself.

Re: Team Shizune vs Team Lilly

You see, Lilly is so perfect that she needed some bigass external pressure to make a mistake. Hisao and Lilly together belong in a Disney movie. That's not really true. Lilly has several flaws. The thing is, they're all rather subtle and Lilly tends to mask them well with her polite speech and lady...

Say what you want about her competitive, bossy nature, when push comes to shove, she's honest and she's way more believable as a character
Being "believable" doesn't make her any more likeable. My issue isn't that, but the fact that she's incompatible with my personality.

Re: Team Shizune vs Team Lilly

Yeah, I can understand that, cause different people will have different reactions to things like that. I think it's important for everyone to accept that all these characters have their flaws, but they, along with their good qualities, define them and can actually be a part of the reason why you are...

Re: Team Shizune vs Team Lilly

*Sigh... No, Lilly didn't have good reason to wait so long without saying anything, but obviously it was because she found it difficult to talk about the matter. I don't know about you guys, but I can personally sympathize. One sort of a parallel/example from my own life I can share is that when I w...

Re: Team Shizune vs Team Lilly

So noone is put off by the fact the lilly wasn't gonna tell hisao bout scotland .... ppl are ok with that ... but shizune they have the problem with because she is really competive ?? so being competitive is bad but its ok to withhold the truth ?? I am guilty of sometimes withholding truths myself,...

Re: Team Shizune vs Team Lilly

I find it weird that some people really seem to be getting kicks out of Shizune's competitive nature, while it annoys me to no end. Don't get me wrong, I can be extremely competitive when doing something I'm passionate about (playing tennis, racing simulators etc.), but I dislike the attitude of peo...

Re: Team Shizune vs Team Lilly

I'm going to have to know what the team is for before I choose sides. Is this a debate team, or a sports team, or what? Let's face it, if it's soccer or something, Lilly might not be the best person to side with. I kinda question her athletic abilities. Well, if it's for soccer (or football, as I, ...

Re: Team Shizune vs Team Lilly

I'm not a fan of Shizune's personality. Reminds me of some people I knew back in school whom I didn't much like either. As such, an easy decision to make.

Re: Other Media that gave you "The Feels."

Off the top of my head, things that have actually made me teary:

Senna (2010 documentary)
Grand Prix No Taka (1977 anime)
The Last Samurai (hahah, Tom Cruise as a "samurai", but still...)

Re: Which disability would you want?

I haven't seen that, but that exactly what I would expect. I think a lot of people have just got a sort of wrong image of Emi's disability from the game. It's not that easy.

Re: Character Voices

Hisao - Jon St. John
Kenji - James Earl Jones

This would emphasize the manliness of the manly men in this game.

Re: Which disability would you want?

^I don't get that. How is scarring gonna affect your self-esteem more than loss of legs! Friggin legs! Seriously guys, take a look at your legs, would you really be ready to rather give them up than just have a third of your body scarred. In scarring you lose none of your potential to do physical th...
