Re: "Can You Open Your Heart?" - a Rika pseudo-route
Actual first post on this forum incoming: I'm not sure how to put into words how I feel about this story. Anything I say isn't going to convey how deep my love for it is without sounding like a fish in space but I'll try: good lord, why is this not an actual route in the damn game! That April Fools ...

Re: Rika Story - updated 5/1/2012 (mature content)
I remember when I first began reading your story in early 2012, I couldn't get enough of your Rika and KS cast. The waits between updates were always worth it, it was a good day to come home from work and see I had some reading in store for me from yourself. At that time my life was in a negative ...

Re: "Can You Open Your Heart?" - a Rika pseudo-route
You simply deserve it. May I ask something? Whether you are planning make act 1 with Rika's story? Please, give me at least hope :P I might. I've thought about it. It's been a long time since I've written KS fanfic though. I'd have to be really inspired and come up with some cute scenes that knit ...

Humble thanks for the kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Same goes for everyone else, it's nice to know people are still reading and enjoying this story.

I love this story a whole ton. And let me be the first to say that the title is really clever.

Re: BlackWaltz's One-stop Oneshot Shop (New: 25th Feb)
Writing is a free artform. We'll have to agree to disagree. I see fanfiction as primarily an interpretive exercise. In that way it's a unique kind of writing. But this isn't really the time or place to butt heads over writing philosophies. Message me if you'd like to because I find this topic ...

Re: BlackWaltz's One-stop Oneshot Shop (New: 25th Feb)
I like the letter, I think we have different interpretations of his relationship with Iwanako though. It doesn't seem to me that he was particularly fond of her or thought of her as more than just a girl who had a crush on him. I think he also resented the way she seemed to visit him in the hospital ...

Re: I want to make a Psuedo-Route
More power to you. It's a really fun and interesting exercise and it will also challenge your knowledge of the "stations of the canon" in ways you may not have expected. But it can be extremely fun and rewarding. However, don't underestimate how much of an undertaking it is. It's a lot of work, and ...

Willing to embellish a little? I want to hear about the katawas that never were. I promise not to write fanfiction about them.Silentcook wrote:but I can think of at least four more split between Lilly's and Hanako's paths

You may have answered this already, but were there any side characters that were conceptualized but never used or scrapped?

Re: "Can You Open Your Heart?" - a Rika pseudo-route
It wasnt until I read through it again (still pretty teary-eyed) that I realized Rika wasn't talking about how good death seems to them. It was actually her realizing how good their lives really were, and how, with their limited lives, they really can appreciate it more than anyone else instead of ...

Re: The great fan fiction archive
The thing is, that's how the forum itself is organized to begin with. You can sort the forums alphabetically too if you want. The archive is different in more significant ways. I doubt people care about when a fic was published, You think people "care about" what letter of the alphabet a fic starts ...

Re: "Can You Open Your Heart?" - a Rika pseudo-route
I was a bit upset. You've seen how I go on and on after an update, I was really invested in this as a fan. I really am sorry about that. I had a difficult choice to make, because I could have finished this story much sooner with something I wasn't happy with. I had a few things ready to roll out ...

Re: The great fan fiction archive
If you guys are open to the possibility of sorting the stories somehow other than alphabetically, what about by the date they were originally posted here? That might make it handy for people who want to use this list to see "what's new" in the archive, and it would tell an interesting story about ...
