Honestly, i'd think Rin would piss me a little too. But, Shizune gets my vote for being forceful on things. I'm a bit of a laid back person so I don't like it when things are forced to me. (I'm sure she's not that bad but I feel bad for Shizune getting that much votes lol.)

The first minute i sometimes have slight pains too, but they should fade quickly. If not, you should warm-up longer :) I guess the darn thing is normal after all. I think you can download the entire OST for free on the main website. 5 km run: 27m48. Not véry fast, but it's 30°C + here so i couldn't go faster and i shouldn't either with these temperatures :p It ain't that bad. (considering the fact that i'm 1 min. slower ... :( ) There's no shame in repeating...
