Don't be overly worried about your knee yet. When i just started, my chin and knees hurted to sometimes. I think about 5 people from here are also on fitocracy. My run earlier today went really well, despite the rain. Next run i'll extend from 20mins to 23mins. (currently at week 5 but ahead of schedule ^^)

After 4 days of bad weather and a small fever, i'm gonna go run again this evening. hopefully i'm still able to complete the 20 mins without having to stop running.

I've been able to get over the feels for a while now (though i still take on the other routes slowly, so i don't get a feels overdose again), but i'm still executing my plans to change my life for the better. Right now, i'm following the couch to 5k plan, and i'm able to run for 20 mins now. 5 weeks...
