Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Okay, so I repeated the experiment of no stretching before running. It went fairly better than last time. Was able to last for 26 minutes and wasn't as exhausted as the previous time. I do have to say that I focused on steadying my running rhythm a lot and ran slower than usual for the first two ...

I'd like to take this opportunity to inform y'all that the parts of your body that girls find the hottest are:

The pectoralis major muscle ends at the shoulder, originating from the sternum and clavicle. It's all one big sheet of muscle ;)
the connection you speak of is your chest muscle

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Push-ups focus on your chest muscles How's that? The chest isn't even involved aside from it being the thing that's pushed up. A push up is basically an upside down bench press. The movement is almost identical (or should be), and if you are doing it correctly, the focus is on your chest, with ...

Re: KS2Android [WORKING Android "port"]

If you consider it a derivate, I'm not distributing it. You can also consider it as a technical modification, as I said in my first post. And yes, I am playing with words and it's a terrible way to get around the license. I don't think you understand what a derivative work is. Any kind of ...

Re: KS inspired project

Now we have to study the interviews and try to find patterns in it. From that we will decide how to proceed with the creation of the main story and the game itself. We already started with a few. It was really interesting studying them! Trying to find out everything we can with the little ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Cycling uses both a bit different muscles and the same muscles in a different way. I can walk for 6 hours straight or cycle for 3 hours, but jogging kills me after a few minutes  Oh but the reason for this is rooted in how hard you are pushing your heart. Walking? Slightly elevated heart rate ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Not really. I think it was mostly just a result of me being a fat lazy ass for the last three years of my life.

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

After putting it off for a month, I've decided to get off my lazy ass and start running again.

And holy crap, I didn't know it was possible to get cramps all around my abdomen from front to side to back.

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Do people reckon it's OK to leave longer breaks between sets though, and concentrate on increasing the number I can do, even if it means it takes per day than it should? Or is this kinda defying the point of it, and I really should be working to get my times down? You should take as long as you ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

My trouble is that I have reasonable strength, but low stamina. I'm now 24hrs on from when I was about collapsed halfway through W1D1, and my arms don't feel sore whatsoever. I'm really tempted to have another go at one step back, see how I can do. Dang. My arms felt fine, so I tried another go ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

I am too heavy for running, I hike in the mountains and I bike. Biking will be fine, I guess. But no sports tomorrow, that's for sure. By the way, here is a small impression of the hike, pretty eerie, isn't it? https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-C12s9riP0og/T3c5bU7ztII/AAAAAAAAAyc/ndGFRuDSZpY/s1024 ...

Lilly was originally going to be the musically gifted girl.

And I thought Hanako doubled as a delinquent.
