Re: Emi inspired running/workout
It is pretty much the same here, (living in Kronberg, working in Offenbach), except that I take train to work and have no girlfriend whatsoever. Then again, offroad biking with a girlfriend must surely be awesome. I do aim at biking to work as soon as I am fit enough, 25 km should be absolutely mana...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
What can I say, I usually walk for half an hour every morning to the train station (and back every evening) And sometimes I get off a few train stops earlier so I can walk for an hour or so uphill, it is more fun that way - alternating the walk with biking nowadays. Thanks to that I am mor...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I doubt that. Remember how bad she reacted to Hisao eating junk food? Feeling a bit overdosed on thyroxine now, will try a 15 km nonstop biking on sunday, nice and easy ride with a slight descent and will try to stop only for a quick glance on the map. If I manage that well enough, my next target wo...

Re: Pelit magazine reviews Katawa Shoujo
Yep, that's the one. Actually, for porn with plot (opposed to plot with porn like Katawa Shoujo), X-Change 2 and 3 are pretty good. Still, there is a huge difference between these two kinds of eroge.encrypted12345 wrote:Isn't X-change the series with the rape bus?

Re: Pelit magazine reviews Katawa Shoujo
Yep. The reviewer should try out something like x-change 3, just to see the differencegRaViJa wrote:It's obvious the author never played a VN before, but the fact that mainstream-media review the VN and don't crash and burn it, is amazing! 72 is a pretty good score for any game.

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
You are burning fat continuously anyway, only the amount varies. If you run on empty stomach, you just burn the glycogen reserves instead of blood sugar as a primary energy source, that's all. Light snack is fine, empty stomach isn't too bad either if you don't overreach, just be sure to eat somethi...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Yep, an injury can really throw you out of training
My heart rate is rising slowly again, was at 52bpm today so I managed a 20 minute walk uphill today. Hope I'll feel good enough to do some biking tomorrow. That crap is really worrying me, not that it is an arrhythmia.

Feeling like crap with rest heart rate of 46 bpm. I really want to do a workout, but I can barely walk![Sad :(](./images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
On a more personal note, and without going into too much detail, I found that I had plenty of energy left over for "extracurricular activities" with my wife after I showered up. Another nice perk I guess. She seemed to appreciate it anyway.   Testosterone levels rise wh...

Yep, give it time. It will get better after a few days (or weeks in worst case), but a part of the impact might stay for longer.
