Re: What ending was the best for Hisao?
Emi's. Hisao handled his BIZZNASS in that one. Clear college/career path, health issues taken seriously and dealt with as far as he is able, healthy relationship with someone who will KEEP him on the straight and narrow as far as his health goals (and hey, maybe he'd be able to help emi plan for the ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I just do the 'until I get tired' option for all my bodyweight exercises. Usually I'll do one big set where I do something like crunches-->pushups-->leglifts-->jackknife presses-->planks then take a few minutes breather before doing it again. Its usually enough to leave me pleasantly sore for maybe ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
You can also do abs, arms, bodyweight stuff. Pushups, pullups, jackknife presses, crunches, leg lifts, planks. These things will keep your activity level up and won't stress your legs at all while you're healing. If you do enough of em in a fast enough succession it can even be useful for cardio.

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Bingo. Personally workout on a light stomach and drink plenty of fluids during my routine. This. You don't want a lot of stuff sitting in your stomach during any reasonably stressful physical activity. This is doubly true for competitive sports, meat sweats ain't cool bro. If you HAVE to eat ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I like to roll with some lighthearted, high-energy stuff before a skate or during a workout. Keeps a bit of extra bounce in my feet.

Sweets are perfectly healthy.... when you don't gorge yourself on them.
Just about anything is fine as long as you moderate yourself.

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I eat random food, whatever happens to be handy. Usually its some kind of chicken/rice combo, pizza, chili, beef stew, potatoes, similar. I usually eat 2 meals a day, lunch at work and then dinner at home. Depending on whether I snack or have caloric beverages during the day (mmmm, vodka coke), I ...
