Re: VN "Analogue: A Hate Story" (art by Raide) on Steam-Give
Ahhhhh ms. Love. I'm glad that she has moved onto making games to make a little money as well.I do like her work well enough to approve of that. Though I too feel like 10 bucks might be a bit more than I'm willing to put down on it, knowing someday it will be on sale or in a bundle or something ...

Re: Recommend a VN
Well, from KS I ended up trying several VN's lately, and oddly enough, one has stuck out for being...interesting to say the least. Monster Girl quest (Monmusu Quest! Zenshou ~Makereba Youjo ni Okasareru~), if it hasn't been mentioned is a sort of VN/RPG hybrid. I'd say the unofficial tagline of the ...

Re: Did KS change my life? Yes, a little. And here's why.
Katawa Shoujo has been the catalyst for many people getting up and taking hold of their lives. I feel like that is one of the most important messages the game brings. I haven't been effected by it as profoundly as a lot of people, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't effected. I'm happy to see so ...

Re: Hanako's Chocolate Valentine - Flash Game
I really hope you make another, the ending was so touching that I almost wept. Who knew a flash game could be so poignant. Seriously though, great game, Akira was tough I won't lie, but I suppose not much harder than the game it was based on. Love the sense of humor this game shows and would LOVE to ...

Re: KS at animecons
Hmmm...Rin and Hanako are probably the best there. Personally, I like that the game is well known and received enough to be cosplayed.
Besides, the more people who cosplay, the more chance a really good one will come along.

Re: KS Academic Conference Paper - Seeking Help
Hey there Prof. I'll be happy to help ya out with this little project. Doing my reply without looking at anyone else's posts as I wouldn't want them to influence my own opinion before posting 1. Which girl's thread affected you the most emotionally? Why did it do this? I'd probably have to say ...

Re: A sad story, my story
Ohh Yes I can, just give me the genre you want, and I will give you some. Oh any really. Though I do have a leaning towards solid stories. I liked KS obviously, enjoyed don't take it personally babe it's just not your story, and Digital for example, anything on the lines of those would be great to ...

Re: Using Guides
It's your gameplay experience. You right to play it how you want. I used a flowchart a bit, not because I wanted to avoid bad endings, No, I've got 100% on this one. No it was just so I could enjoy all the story at my own pace, and find all the paths the game had to offer. Nothing wrong with that ...

Re: I wish Misha had her own route *spoilers for Shizune's r
Shizune's route being one of the weakest I suppose I can agree with, but it's also one of the more amusing. What it lacks in romance it makes up for in the growth you get to see in Hisao in particular. I didn't mind that Shizune didn't change much, she's not the type that would. She's a career girl ...

Thanks for the comment Weasel. I forgot to mention at the end of my post, if anyone has suggestions for other games like Katawa Shoujo, in the VN/really solid story vein, I'd love to hear about any suggestions, game's got me in the mood for that kind of game.

If you'd like to talk sometime, Drop me a PM or something. I have a skype and all, I just don't go tossing it out publicly. Re: All in all, what was your favorite route?
I have to toss my vote into Hanako. I've played through all five routes, seen all the endings, and gotten my 100% completion.
But...I'm probably going to make a overly large review/loveletter to this game and 4Leaf anyway. So I feel no strong need to say to much here.
