Actually people born blind do use the parts of the brain responsible to vision, they just use it to process other senses. "Visualize" here was used in the sense of spatial notion of the object, have a mental "image" of the object.
Did you know that blind people make drawings too?

Re: An overwhelming experience...
Calm down, my friend.
The characters of this VN are imaginary; they are ideas, concepts, pictures, and words used to create an emotional response. The character doesn't exist in this world. Your feelings exist.

Re: Lilly's Route (Good Ending?)
I knew this before, but Lilly is a very traditional and honest character, and she expects the same in return. I suspect a lot of you probably didn't tell her about the letter, or waved off her questions at the summer house. Don't! Tell her about these things, be honest with her!

Re: Hisao's sweatervest
I like it, not least because I have a similar one I sometimes wear. It keeps you nice and warm and is very comfortable over a shirt; and, dangit, it is stylish, in a lovely old-fashioned way.

Re: Lilly's Route
I actually responded to the ending not with tears, but with a sort of determined panic. My reaction was: "No. No. No, this is not allowed to happen. These two people are not allowed to split up. If she leaves I swear I am going to make Hisao fly to Scotland and learn English and live there, because ...

Re: Lilly's Route
Favourite moment:
It's a strange feeling. A mix of surprise and sorrow, yet also of the deepest gratitude I think I've ever felt.
That one phrase gets it, I think. It captures something right.
Bravo.

Re: Ask!
I ran a search on this first; I apologise if it's come up before. There seem to have been some speculations in the past but no unambiguous answers. I also apologise if there are board rules against religious topics or questions; I had a quick look and didn't see any.

Re: How do Lilly able to wear Beautiful Clothes ?
Lilly can use her sense of touch to visualize dresses...it probably wouldn't be any tougher than visualizing Hisao's face by running her hand across it. She'd still be reliant on someone else for the colors.
