Thanks for describing my experience so well.griffon8 wrote:"Oh man, can I really read a Rin/Nomiya story, especially one adult rated? No, that's too horrible… but it's written by themocaw! I must read it!"
Well, my faith in your writing is intact.

Re: Rin's neutral ending
This ending was hard for me. Hisao just having to let go, like that.
The little "I'm good at forgetting", like he had no importance, just after the glimmer of hope of "why did you make me think like that?" I had to fix it with a fanfic to get it out of my system!

Re: The Lamb and The Fox
Do you have any plans for future story's with Rin and or other characters? I really enjoyed your work and hope to see something else soon.
As of today, I've no other plans related to KS. Now that it's out of my system, I'd rather go back to more personal projects that got stranded. Maybe I'll get ...

The last chapters are really good. You have made impressive progress in balancing Rinisms, descriptions, and dialog.
But you really need to work on your times. You still mix present and past, and with such a good story, it becomes very jarring to stumble on a past tense in the middle of a present ...

Epilogue
Our feet squish some water-logged ground as we climb the hill behind the university. It's not been warm long enough yet to dry the grass, just enough to melt the snow that had made everything white during the winter. Or maybe it's the short shower from this morning. Apart from that, it's a fine ...

Re: Act 3 – Scene 5
"You can see the elephant in the boa."
Now I want to go reread that damn book.
It's pretty short. It's shorter than some of the fanfics here. You can find it posted around the net.
And the whole "elephant in a boa" thing is all in the first chapter, in case you only find extracts.
(Epilogue ...

Yes, as this was the last part of the split, I managed to get it ready sooner.
But now, I'm late for the epilogue... Sorry for that.

Act 3 – Scene 5
The room is dark, apart from the public lighting reaching through the window. It's enough, from my sitting position on the bed, to see Rin standing by the window. She's wearing her long-sleeved t-shirt, which enables me to admire her legs. And her back. And everything, actually. I think I'm going to ...

Act 3 – Scene 4 (Adult material warning)
I touch Rin's skin, just above her pants waistband, and she shivers. Her breaths become audible. I drag her into a hug, my arms squeezing her naked torso against my skin, my hands caressing her back. The feeling of her naked breasts softly pressing on my own naked chest is incredible. She kisses my ...

Act 3 – Scene 3
"Can you paint here?"
After more than an hour of assorted trains and subways, I've taken my evening pills and we're back in Rin's dorm room. And it's still very small. I don't see where she can paint here. A couple sketches, mostly. I see no canvas or easel around, anyway. I thought she'd bring me ...

Re: Rin's Path discussion *spoilers*
Perhaps Rin's route portrays a cynical type of romance, one that is almost sure to fail.
Sadly, true. I think that even in Rin's good end, the prospects of them maintaining a long-term relationship are poor. You just have to appreciate their connection for what it is, for whatever time it will ...

Re: Rin's Path discussion *spoilers*
Has there been any good explanation as to why Rin cried while she was asleep in the classroom? And at the end of the route When she cried again, it seemed fake, but why?
For the asleep part, not that I noticed. Probably a nightmare? She's been through some rejection experiences that could lead to ...

Re: The Lamb and The Fox
This is getting interesting. A lot of people claim they think about friendships and coupling and fidelity and such differently than most, but usually it's just an excuse so they can avoid commitments and do whatever they like. In Rin's case, though, I can easily see that being a genuine concern ...
