You have a point, but it does feel like this idea(?) puts too much emphasis on the "disability" part.

(re-read my post again, I think you missed it) Wheelchairs don't walk. =/ Prosthetics are indeed a method for walking, but I can't really explain what I mean unless you've walked with someone like that before. Starting off with Lilly's, and then Rin's route, it was kind of hard for me to consider going into Shizune's.
I did her's last, and found to my surprise, that it was quite good, despite the fact that if I had to rank my favourites, Shizune's would be at the bottom.

I'm an art student and an aspiring(no, I suck at it, I just want to learn the piano someday) musician, so from this perspective, it would be blindness or having no arms/hands. I don't think the disabilities are why I originally played KS. I think I learned about KS from an ero site awhile ago.
