I have been doing workouts lately because my dad gave me the membership or something as a gift, but then, after playing Emi's arc just now, I think, I'm more motivated to push myself even further, and of course, not risking to get a sudden heart attack.

I don't know if these methods work, but right now, after hearing Emi's revelations, I'm getting the feels.
