If you're going to play every story, I recommend them in this order:

1: Hanako
2: Emi
3: Rin
4: Shizune
5: Lilly

I feel like the really emotionally heavy ones (Hanako, Rin) should be spaced out with less impacting stories (Emi, Shizune)
