I don't GPU fold anymore, but it's simple. You just specify the GPU to use as a command line argument and boot up a separate process for each card.

GPU folding wouldn't benefit me much, I've only got 2x9800gt and a pair of radeons.

I also have access to a linux server with an octocore Xeon @ 3.16ghz and 32GB RAM, but afaik the Linux client is unstable... I've been running the linux SMP core since '09 and have to say it ...
