Show us why our piano tracks are inferior and yours sound better by uploading samples of your work. You can't evaluate on the basis of written argument alone.

You can show us how your unique perspective and experience be positively conveyed in your work, by writing a piece of fiction (or KS oekaki/fanfic for example). It's hard to evaluate on the basis of life story alone.

You could tell us your interest, what you think of Katawa Shoujo and what you think you plan/can do for this project.

Though it's pretty unlikely we need more person in the dev team any moment.

There are a lot of way to express your feeling, your experience and all those ideas you have in mind. You can always write or start your own project, and to choose your medium wisely. Visual novel is not exactly more immersible or better than other mediums. You could start to plan scenario ...
