During Rin's arc it seemed to me that Nomiya was pushing her toward the show for his own self serving reasons but when Rin looks to Hisao for advice there was no choice to advise her against doing the show, all three were just variations of telling her to go for it. She tells Hisao that she is at Yamaku to learn to become a sign language teacher and that since she will become a teacher she gets a discount off the usual tuition. If she has a disability I think she would have no problem telling him about it.

Why was the 'Yamaku Catburglar' side story in Emi's arc left unfinished? I know the whole Kenji/Yuuko relationship thing is a mindgame you guys were playing on us in all the arcs but the thefts could have been solved without spilling the beans on that.
